For HÜPPE, the sales process is not the final outcome; it's the starting point. The user's first contact with the manufacturer begins with the service provided after the purchase. The quality of after-sales service and the experience with the purchased product are key factors in user satisfaction. With this in mind, HÜPPE has implemented a comprehensive restructuring under the umbrella of "Technical Services" to provide comprehensive service across a wide geography, establishing regional after-sales service units managed and controlled from a single center. *An additional service fee will be charged for the journey traveled solely for accessory installations. If multiple accessories are installed, a single service fee will be charged for the journey.
*Labor costs are net prices and no additional discounts are applied.
*Prices are in TL and VAT is not included.
General Conditions:
- For measurement purchases that do not turn into orders, 50% of the installation price will be invoiced.
- In collective works, the contract to be made is valid.
- You can contact the Technical Services Directorate to find a solution in cities, districts, villages and similar locations where we do not have an authorized service.
- Service fee is requested in the following cases;
- A boat, bathtub, or hot tub cannot be built because the necessary preparations have not been completed at the installation address (ceramic tiles have not been laid, water or electricity installations have not been installed, etc.).
- If there is a disruption at the given appointment time due to a reason caused by the customer and the service (measurement, installation, service) cannot be performed.
- For service requests outside the scope of warranty (spare parts price is not included in the service price).
- "Urban" and "outside the city" distances start from the authorized service address that will provide the service. Please consult the Technical Services Directorate for current service addresses.
- In cases where special pricing is required, please contact the Technical Services Directorate.
Special Conditions:
- In flet boats, ground preparation (digging or draining) is done by the customer.
- Water drainage of boats and bathtubs is prepared by the customer.
- In hydromassage systems, the electrical installation and switchgear are prepared by the customer.
- If the above mentioned features are not ready, a service fee will be requested from the dealer.
- The application of moldings to the edges of bathtubs or tubs is for decorative purposes only and does not provide watertightness. HÜPPE authorized service centers only install moldings supplied by HÜPPE. HÜPPE cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise otherwise.
