Information Text on Processing of Personal Data
Dear Visitor, we would like to inform you within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law.
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDP Law"), your personal data, including any information that makes your identity clear or identifiable and your special personal data, are handled by Hüppe İnşaat Malzemeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi as the data controller. ("Company").
Processing of personal data refers to any operation performed on data, such as obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, changing, rearranging, disclosing, transferring, classifying or preventing the use of personal data.
Protecting your personal data is of vital importance to us. We would like to assure you that we will take all necessary precautions and continue to be extremely transparent in this regard.
What Personal Data Do We Process?
Name-surname, Date of birth, Place of birth, Turkish ID number, Email address, Contact address, Registered electronic mail address (KEP), Phone number, Payroll information, Disciplinary investigation, Employment document records, CV information, Performance evaluation reports. Information in correspondence with judicial authorities, Information in case files, Invoice, bill, and check information, Order information, Request information, Employee and visitor entry and exit record information, Camera recordings, IP address information, Website entry and exit information, Password and passcode information, Employee biometric data, Diploma information, occupational information, Shopping history information, Cookie records, Information obtained through campaign work, Personal health information, Information regarding criminal convictions.
Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your collected personal data may be processed for the purposes of ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and those who have a business relationship with our Company, conducting satisfaction evaluation activities for our existing customers, following up on requests and complaints, conducting loyalty processes for the company, products and services, following up and conducting legal affairs, conducting training activities, organization and event management, conducting sales, marketing, purchasing and after-sales support processes, performing finance and accounting transactions, conducting marketing analysis studies, conducting business activities, conducting internal audit processes, conducting occupational health and safety activities, fulfilling the obligation to notify the relevant/authorized public institutions (Courts, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Ministry of Internal Affairs, etc.), ensuring the implementation of our Company's human resources policies, conducting information and physical security processes, conducting storage and archive activities, and conducting activities in accordance with the legislation.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your data is processed for the purposes listed above, stored securely, and will not be shared with third parties except in accordance with legal regulations and your explicit consent. Your Personal Data may be transferred to authorized public institutions/organizations pursuant to obligations arising from legal regulations such as the Turkish Commercial Code (TTK), VUK (Voluntary Procedure Law), SGK (Social Security Institution), Labor Law, OHS Law, Vocational Qualifications Authority Law, and Workplace Medicine Regulation; to intermediary financial institutions for the purpose of assessing financial risks; to independent audit firms for the purpose of conducting audit processes; to intermediary educational institutions providing vocational training services; to our business partners, affiliates, natural persons or private law legal entities, business partners, authorized public institutions and organizations, group companies, and to local/international organizations that we receive support from in our business processes, based on legal grounds and your consent.
How Your Personal Data Is Collected
Your personal data is collected by our Company through various channels and based on various legal grounds to audit and conduct our commercial activities. Your data is collected electronically in digital environments and on paper in physical environments. Within the scope of our commercial process activities, we collect your personal data through various methods, including written documents/forms such as order forms, customer information forms, return forms, supplier information forms, contact information forms, purchase request forms, current card opening forms, other commercial documents, payment information, negotiable instruments, candidate application forms, complaint/request/communication forms, assignment and debit forms, and notifications you make verbally, in writing, or electronically. These are fully or partially automated, or non-automated as part of any data recording system. These data can also be obtained from sources outside of Hüppe İnşaat Malzemeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, including our domestic/international affiliates, shareholders, program partner institutions and organizations we collaborate with, government agencies, and other third parties.
Your Rights Listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company using the methods outlined below in this Information Notice, our Company will process your request free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the Personal Data Protection Board stipulates a fee, the fee specified in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged.
In this context, regarding your personal data
a) Learning whether personal data is being processed, b) Request information regarding the processing of personal data, c) To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, d) To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad, d) To request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly and to request that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, e) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing are eliminated, even though they have been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law and other relevant laws, and to request that the action taken within this scope be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, f) To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself, by means of analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems, g) You have the right to demand compensation in case of damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.Data Controller and Related Person Information Request Methods
You may submit your request to exercise your above-mentioned rights in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law to our Company in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board and through the channels specified below.
As the relevant person, you must submit your requests in writing to our Company, along with the necessary documents establishing your identity. Therefore, to ensure the efficient and expeditious management of your applications to our Company under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, we recommend that you use the "Relevant Person Information Request Form" document under the Personal Data Protection section at www.huppe.com.tr. We recommend submitting your requests in person or by mail, along with any documents/information required and any necessary documents establishing your identity.
You can also send us your request by sending the relevant person information request form to huppeins@hs01.kep.tr with a secure electronic signature or as an online user (if you have a registered e-mail address belonging to the company) via profesyonelverim@hueppe.com.tr.
You can submit your applications to us in writing using the "Relevant Person Information Request Form", using the methods specified in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and by the Personal Data Protection Authority, and which will be determined later.
