Acrylic bathtubs are produced by heating acrylic sheets to 180°C, shaping them in vacuum molds, and bonding them with a robust support system comprised of fiberglass, polyester, and wood layers. Widely used in bathing culture for many years, these tubs can be enhanced with hydromassage features by adding foot systems, motors, and air and water jets. HÜPPE utilizes a robust, adjustable foot system made of galvanized profiles and acrylic. The sheets are manufactured using superior CELL CAST technology, imported from Europe.
