It is produced in the appropriate size, suitable for splicing and cutting when necessary, produced in custom colors, has the feature of absorbing water sound, resistant to chemicals, high resistance to stretching and breaking, antibacterial, easy to clean with liquid detergents, resistant to hot water, resistant to scratches and easy repair, resistant to UV, and resistant to stains and bacteria.
Solid Boats
Calcite, a raw material formed by grinding natural stones like marble, is vacuum-blended with polyester, a strong binder. The prepared paste is mixed with the desired color pastes, then poured into molds, shaped, and dried. Its stony texture makes it a long-lasting material.
Molding technology allows for the creation of embossed stone and grained wood textures on boat surfaces. Gelcoat coatings achieve high performance and enhance chemical and UV (ultraviolet) resistance, and offer two different finishes: matte or gloss.
